The Torre del Piano by Casale della Ioria is a Cesanese del Piglio Superiore DOCG that represents the most intense and territorial soul of Lazio's emblematic grape variety. An elegant and structured wine, born from selected vineyards located on the hills of Acuto, where altitude and volcanic soils impart great personality and balance.

In the glass, it presents a deep ruby red with violet reflections. The nose reveals notes of black cherry, blackberry, and small ripe red fruits, accompanied by spicy nuances, black pepper, violet, and delicate balsamic hints. On the palate, it is full-bodied, warm, and harmonious, with soft tannins and a long finish that enhances the typicality of Cesanese.
