Edi Keber
Edi Keber is one of the great interpreters of Friulian Collio and the tradition of white wines made from indigenous grape blends. For over three centuries, the family has cultivated vineyards on the hills of Zegla, on "ponca" soils particularly suited to viticulture. The company philosophy revolves around a single white wine, obtained from a blend of Friulano, Ribolla Gialla, and Malvasia, following the historical tradition of the territory. Spontaneous fermentations, aging in concrete tanks, and sustainable agricultural practices allow for authentic, mineral wines that are capable of evolving magnificently over time
